P-P-P-Pomegranate Smooooothie

Ingredients:

1/3 cup silken tofu (about 3 oz.)
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1 teaspoon honey
2 ice cubes

Directions:

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Puree until smooth. Serve immediately.

Pomegranate’s have more antioxidants than any other juice, and fights damage that can lead to premature aging, heart disease, and cancer. TIP: Exchange the berries for bananas or add bananas to boost your potassium intake.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup unsweetened frozen berries
2 tablespoons plain or artificially sweetened nonfat yogurt

Directions:

Just blend the ingredients together until you reach your desired consistency.
