Red, White, and Blue Smoothie Recipe
Smoothie ingredients:
1/2 cup strawberries
1 medium bananas
1 small plum
1 cup soy milk
Directions:
First cut up a few small chunks of the banana, strawberries, and the plum. Blend the bananas and the soy milk until bananas are well mixed. Add the strawberries and plums to the mixture and blend till color is changed and fruits are lightly broken up into chewable pieces. Now use a skewer and add the three small chunks of fruit and place on top of the serving container. This smoothie recipe is a great liquid drink combined with a fruit dessert.
