Smoothie Recipes With Frozen Yogurt
Frozen yogurt is a great base for all smoothie recipes. Generally, vanilla flavored frozen yogurt is used due to its mildness and uniqueness to blend with many different flavors. Frozen yogurt is also non-fat, making it healthy while remaining delicious. It’s also great when used as a ‘filler’ while you’re on a diet, or in between meals. The thickness of it keeps you feeling fuller for longer.
