Banana Smoothie for Kids
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup pina colada yogurt
1 cup milk
1 cup ice
Directions:
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high for 30-40 seconds, or until you reach your desired consistency.
TIP: If you have shredded coconut handy, add 1/3 cup to the smoothie to give it a chunky texture.
Strawberry Smoothie for Kids
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, sliced
2 small scoops strawberry sorbet ice cream
1 cup milk
Directions:
Cut up strawberries and add to blender. Add additional ingredients to blender and blend on high for 30 seconds, or until you reach your desired consistency.
TIP: Add a banana to even out the tartness of the sorbet, if needed or wanted.
Orange Smoothie for Kids
Ingredients:
1 cup oranges, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup orange sorbet ice cream
Directions:
Peel oranges and cut into slices or chunks. Add to blender. Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend on high for 30-45 seconds.
TIP: If it’s too thick, add more orange juice or substitute the orange juice for milk
