Pumpkin Cheesecake Smoothie Delight
Who says it has to be the holiday season to make this delicious unique smoothie? Not me, in fact I encourage you to make this smoothie year-round. TIP: You can use evaporated milk instead of whole milk.
Ingredients:

2 pkgs. (3 oz each) cream cheese, softened

1 can (15 oz) solid pack pumpkin, chilled

1 cup (8 oz) vanilla yogurt

1/3 cup packed brown sugar

1-1/2 cups vanilla ice cream

1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1-1/2 cups milk
-
6 ice cubes
-
Whipped cream
Directions:
In blender or food processor, combine the cream cheese, pumpkin, yogurt, brown sugar, ice cream, spice, milk and ice cubes. Blend on high speed until desired consistency. Pour into glasses. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice.
